  • Gear Motor

    Gearmotors

Gearmotors consist of a motor, gear, and bearings in a housing and are commonly used in applications that require a high amount of force (torque) at low speed. DC gearmotors require a battery power source and are used for precise variable-speed applications such as wheelchairs, hospital beds, lifts and medical tables, power seats, and other automotive applications. AC gearmotors operate off an AC power source and are often used in high-power applications, such as lifts, jack, and robotics. Gearmotor accessories like brackets, covers, and extension cables are used to protect, mount, and power gearmotors.

AC Gearmotor (4W upto 400W): Induction Motor; Speed Control Motor; Brake Motor; Torque Motor; Reversible Motor.

DC GearMotor (6W upto 200W): DC Brush Gear Motor; DC Brushless Gear Motor.

  • Right Angle Gear Motor

What is a right-angle gear motor?

Right-angle gear motors consist of an electric motor integrated with a gear reducer that has an output shaft perpendicular to its input shaft. This type of gear motor is preferred for automated equipment where the space is very limited and the torque requirements are high. Right-angle gear motors are available with a wide range of characteristics that include motor type, gear technology, number of gear stages, and other mechanical features. Motor types that can be used as right-angle gear motors include:

Gears: Worm Gears,Spiral Bevel Gears,Hypoid Gears.

  • Planetary gearbox

    WHAT IS A PLANETARY GEARBOX?

A planetary gearbox is a gearbox with the input shaft and the output shaft aligned. A planetary gearbox is used to transfer the largest torque in the most compact form (known as torque density).

PLANETARY GEARBOX USUALLY USED (IN THE TRANSMISSION)

In a robot to increase the torque

In a printing press to reduce the speed of the rollers

    For precise positioning

In a packaging machine for a reproducible products
